The registration fee is payable to process and confirm a participant's registration and reserve a place in the selected programme.
Once registration has been confirmed, the registration fee is non-refundable.
The applicable programme fee is payable according to the programme terms, normally on the first day of joining.
Once the programme has commenced, the programme fee is non-refundable.
If a participant chooses not to join after registration has been confirmed, the registration fee will not be refunded.
If the participant has already commenced the programme, the programme fee will also not be refunded.
In exceptional circumstances, ISTI may consider a request to transfer a confirmed registration to a future programme date.
Any such transfer is subject to availability and prior approval by ISTI and is not automatic.
If ISTI is required to cancel or substantially postpone a confirmed programme for reasons attributable to ISTI, the participant may be offered an alternative programme date or an appropriate refund, as applicable.
Clinical training depends on the cases available during the training period.
The availability, type and complexity of cases may vary and does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund where the programme is otherwise conducted as scheduled.
Visa, NMC/registration, travel, accommodation and other external arrangements are the participant's responsibility unless specifically included in writing.
Failure to obtain a visa or regulatory approval does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed within 10–15 business days, subject to applicable banking or payment-provider processing times.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights available to a participant under applicable law.
Refund or transfer requests should be sent to:
Please include the participant's name, programme, payment/registration details and reason for the request.
